Per aix\u00f2 la tend\u00e8ncia de moltes persones davant d\u2019un problema o una dificultat \u00e9s posar el cervell a treballar per buscar solucions, a analitzar el que ha passat, el que m\u2019ha dit\u2026 <\/p>\n\n<p>Sembla que a m\u00e9s pensar, m\u00e9s solucions trobarem per resoldre la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 i m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid recuperarem la calma perduda. Aix\u00ed d\u2019entrada pot ser molt l\u00f2gica aquesta estrat\u00e8gia.<br\/>Parece que adem\u00e1s pensar, m\u00e1s soluciones encontraremos para resolver la cuesti\u00f3n y m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido recuperaremos la calma perdida. As\u00ed de entrada puede ser muy l\u00f3gica esta estrategia. <\/p>\n\n<p>Com \u00e9s, per\u00f2 que tantes vegades pensar molt sobre una q\u00fcesti\u00f3, lluny de portar-nos a un estat de calma, ens va portant a una situaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s angoixa i atrapament? Aquell pensament va donant voltes dins nostre i cada volta genera m\u00e9s neguit, absorbint el focus de la nostra atenci\u00f3 fins al punt d\u2019arribar-nos a absentar de la resta de persones i mons que ens envolten. <\/p>\n\n<p>Potser seria important remarcar que el COM pensem \u00e9s clau. <\/p>\n\n<p>Segons la meva manera d\u2019entendre hi ha dos tipus de pensament<\/p>\n\n<p>Pensament estrat\u00e8gic: El nostre cervell est\u00e0 dins d\u2019un circuit MENT-COS-EMOCI\u00d3 i forma part de l\u2019engranatge. De manera que el cos detecta una necessitat (p. ex. Tinc gana) i envia la informaci\u00f3 al cervell que desenvolupa una estrat\u00e8gia per satisfer la necessitat (p.ex. a la nevera hi ha la verdura que vaig fer ahir) i s\u2019activa per respondre. (p.ex. Cos, aixeca\u2019t i ves-hi)  <\/p>\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puede pasar con la emoci\u00f3n\u2026(p.ej. una criatura llora) nos est\u00e1 enviando una se\u00f1al de necesidad no satisfecha. El cerebro del adulto busca\u2026 se ha hecho pis, tiene sue\u00f1o, tiene hambre\u2026 hasta que encuentra la respuesta y genera una acci\u00f3n que hace que la criatura se calme. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sabem que est\u00e0 actuant el cervell estrat\u00e8gic perqu\u00e8 una vegada s\u2019ha satisfet la necessitat, el malestar es transforma i el pensament s\u2019esvaeix sense deixar residu. <\/p>\n\n<p>El pensament estrat\u00e8gic \u00e9s lleuger i ocupa poc espai.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pensament bucle: \u00c9s un pensament que passa tantes vegades pel cervell, que agafa in\u00e8rcia i que es desconnecta del circuit abans mencionat. (repassem la situaci\u00f3, la comentem, hi descobrim cada vegada m\u00e9s variables com si estigu\u00e9ssim investigant un cas.) Cada volta que dona ens genera m\u00e9s neguit i menys perspectiva. El malestar va augmentant segrestant la nostra energia.   <\/p>\n\n<p>En aquest cas, ser\u00e0 molt dif\u00edcil que aconseguim trobar una soluci\u00f3 \u00f2ptima perqu\u00e8 perdem de vista la necessitat i fins i tot la possible soluci\u00f3. El cervell queda atrapat en l\u2019escena X, en el comentari Z, en l\u2019 \u201ci si hagu\u00e9s fet.. i si hagu\u00e9s dit\u2026\u201d, tota soluci\u00f3 \u00e9s inapropiada, insuficient. Tota ajuda que rebis ser\u00e0 decapitada a l\u2019instant perqu\u00e8 \u201cno serveix,\u2026 no m\u2019entens\u201d.  <\/p>\n\n<p>El pensament bucle \u00e9s dens i invasiu. Ocupa molt d\u2019espai i a m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3 se li ofereix, m\u00e9s terreny ocupa. <\/p>\n\n<p>Si en algun moment et trobes atrapat\/a per aquest tipus de pensament Bucle, el que t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a sortir-ne ser\u00e0 precisament deixar d\u2019alimentar el pensament amb m\u00e9s pensaments.<\/p>\n\n<p>Agafa perspectiva i dist\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n\n<p>Posa atenci\u00f3 al cos: connectar amb la respiraci\u00f3, moviment (c\u00f3rrer, ballar, fer esport)<\/p>\n\n<p>Busca persones, activitats que t\u2019agradin, que et facin connectar amb altres parts de tu<\/p>\n\n<p>I si necessites pensar en la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 que et preocupa, fes-ho amb un boli i un paper a la m\u00e0. Escriu el que necessitis.
